During Ben Affleck’s appearance last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live birthday episode, Jimmy got a huge surprise, when Director J.J. Abrams stopped by unexpectedly. To further Kimmel’s surprised, Abrams was holding a hand-drawn comic book, Kimmel had written and illustrated back when he was a 9-year-old boy.
Kimmel and Abrams joked about how Abram got his hands on this comic, including the names of each character, etc. Kimmel was unaware that J.J. Abrams had an even bigger surprised when Abrams revealed he was inspired by his creations, and in return, created a movie trailer for Kimmel’s The Terrific Ten.

The trailer was hilariously well made, with top Hollywood actors portraying the superheroes and villains. Alongside the iconic duo of Affleck and Damon, the trailer also features Jennifer Aniston, Zach Galifianakis, Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, Cousin Sal, Jon Hamm, Shaq, Ty Burrell, Billy Crudup, Jake Tapper and Wanda Sykes. They’ve all come together with Abrams to act out an adaptation of “The Terrific Ten.”
It has been by far one of the funniest gags we’ve seen on Jimmy Kimmel and we’re sure it will be a birthday he will never forget.
